Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy

Lying Awake Creations wants you to be fully satisfied and will do whatever we can to make that so. 

However there are some limitations for products purchased directly from Lying Awake Creations regarding our return, replacement, and refund policy due the nature of the REEDTower product. 

Sealed, unopened, and unused REEDTower Reed Preservation Systems with original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping and any international duties are at the cost of the buyer. 

REEDTower Reed Preservation Systems with opened packaging and/or used product cannot be returned due to hygienic concerns and spent used CO2 canisters. 

Exceptions to this return policy may be made on a case by case basis if only defects are found and must be requested within 7 days of receipt. Exceptions are at the sole discretion of Lying Awake Creations, llc. Exceptions may come in the form of replacement or refund. Exceptions may be in full or in part. 

Use the Lying Awake Creations website contact link above regarding a request for returns, replacement, or refunds. Your request must be received within 7 days of receipt and a RMA number will be provided to you if the product is to be returned.
